For Standard & Plus Size wedding dresses 

A refund/credit note will be made available to you within 7 days of ordering your Gorgeous Bridal Dresses wedding gown (Standard/Plus). There will be a minimal fee of AUD $250 to cover costs incurred with initial administration costs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer returns of any exchanges.

• • If you decide to cancel your order between 8-30 days from purchasing your gown, the cancellation fee will be AUD $550. This enables us to cover the costs associated with administration, allocation of materials such as lace, tulle, pre-production fees and fees incurred for preparation of pattern.

 

• • After the lapse of 30 days, it will not be possible for you to cancel your order.

 

• In the rare event of any faults associated with manufacturing, please contact our Customer Experience Team via ([email protected]) within 7 days of you receiving your dress. Please ensure you provide our production team with updated measurements and images before returning your gown. An admin fee of AUD $200 will be charged to you in this instance.

For Customized Bridal Gowns

As your dress is designed specifically to your unique measurements and height, we unfortunately are unable to offer returns or exchanges for customized bridal gowns.

 

• • It is of paramount importance therefore, that you ensure your measurements are accurate and correct prior to your lock-in date (i.e. date of providing your measurements to GBD). Please note that we do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown post providing GBD with your measurements.

 

Exchanges only on Standard Dress sizes

If you prefer an exchange on any standard dress size, this will be provided within 1.5 to 2 months of you placing the order. Any increase in the difference in price of the exchanged dress must be paid to GBD. If the exchanged dress is of a lesser value than the returned dress, a credit note for the difference in price will be paid to you upon us receiving the original dress which was provided to you.

 

• Once we have finalized your return, we must receive your item within 14 days.

 

• GBD dresses must be returned in their pristine, original condition (free of any marks, blemishes, make-up or stains), the tags must remain intact, and they cannot be altered, washed or worn.

 

• Any shipping costs associated with returning the dress will be the responsibility of the bride along with any additional costs incurred.
